Join us for a night with three of the greatest minds (opinion only of the event organisers) to talk about our mental health and some tools we can put in place to not only survive but to thrive. This event is for young adults, but anyone is welcome to come and hear wisdom from some incredible people working in the mental health world.
Our three panelists are Dr. Neil Yorke, Psychiatrist at Nelson Hospital, Anna Newman, Educational Psychologist working in local schools, and Karen Davidson, Pūkenga Kaiwhakahaere (Site Manager) and Health Nurse of Te Piki Oranga.

This is hosted by Whakatū Presbyterian Young Adults, and while we’re Christian, this space will be informative for anyone to come along to.
