CARAMAYAN CHRISTIAN FITNESS WORKSHOP
We are excited to be bringing to you a CaraMayan Christian Fitness Training Day in Nelson.
LOCATION: Wakapuaka Memorial Hall, 460 Wakapuaka Road, Nelson 7071
DATE: 16 March 2023
TIME: 9.00am – 3.30pm
Your teacher will be Mary Jones from Australia, Director of CaraMayan and ICDF (International Christian Dance Fellowship) founder. Supporting hosts will be members of ICDFANZ (International Christian Dance Fellowship of Aotearoa NZ). There will be resources for sale at the workshops plus video links to allow you to continue to practice what you have learned on the day.
Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable shoes for an outdoor activation (weather depending), bring a water bottle and a pilates mat (if you have one). Refreshments at morning and afternoon tea will be provided but please bring a packed lunch to consume onsite for our 45 min lunch break.
